Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays) upon receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a shipping notification via email once your order has been sent.
Shipping Options & Rates
Free Standard Shipping
Orders over $120 qualify for free standard shipping within Australia.
Flat-Rate Shipping for Orders Under $120
For orders under $120, the following flat-rate shipping options are available:
- Standard Shipping (1–7 business days after dispatch*): $10
- Express Shipping (1–3 business days after dispatch*): $15
Customers may choose Express Shipping at their own cost if a faster delivery option is preferred.
Additional Charges for Food or Clothing Items
Shipping charges for food or clothing items are based on package weight and size:
- Medium Box (over 500g up to 1kg): $5
- Large Box (over 1kg up to 3kg): $7
- Extra-Large Box (over 3kg up to 5kg): $9
Note: Orders exceeding 5kg may incur additional charges for extra boxes or satchels.
